Verified Carbon Credits (sometimes called Units or Projects) are unique carbon credits that represent a reduction or removal of one tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) achieved by a project.
We work with two of the highest accredited Verified Carbon Credit providers in Gold Standard and Verra, who maintain global registry's and ensure that there is no double-counting of credits and only verified and certified carbon credits are sold.
The price of carbon credits is based on supply and demand, so prices will naturally vary, and are expected to rise considerably over the coming 12-18 months, up to $100 a tonne with the global demand.
